Following your intake session(s), your counselor will make recommendations about your options in managing these concerns. Sometimes short-term counseling may be sufficient for to help resolve your concern; other times longer-term work and/or a referral for more extended care may prove the most beneficial for you.  Your counselor may also recommend group counseling.
