The "Frequent Flyers": Who are the Homeless Veterans who Move In and Out of Supportive Housing Services
The overall aim of this project is to gain a better understanding about the needs of veterans who are homeless who have sought supportive housing services with the goal of becoming stably housed but have chosen not to continue services (“frequent flyers”).
