The Business and Leadership in Women’s Sports Management concentration offers a one-of-a-kind opportunity to take part in the growing professional women’s sports movement. As women’s sports evolve into a billion-dollar industry, this program delivers a strong foundation in business and leadership—designed specifically for the unique dynamics of the women’s sports landscape. Graduates will be prepared to make an immediate impact in this fast-expanding field.

Developed in collaboration with an Advisory Board of top executives from the Professional Women’s Hockey League (PWHL), Boston Red Sox, Bleacher Report, the NWSL’s North Carolina Courage Ownership Group, Miami Heat, DraftKings, and KLUTCH Sports Group, the program’s curriculum emphasizes practical experience and industry insight. Students gain the knowledge and tools to drive meaningful change within women’s sports organizations.
