Application Requirements

You must have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

For your application to be considered complete, the School of Management Office of Admission must receive the following materials:

  1. Completed application form.
  2. Non-refundable application fee of $45.

US Military, AmeriCorps, Mercy Corps, Teach for America, Peace Corps, or City Year eligible for fee waiver

  1. Statement of Purpose: (500–750)

Please tell the Admissions Committee about your background, goals, and motivation for pursuing this degree. We recommend addressing:

  • How your personal, educational, or professional experiences have prepared you for graduate study.
  • Why did you choose Simmons University?
  • How this degree aligns with your career aspirations.
  1. Current resume or CV
  2. Official college/university transcripts from all institutions attended (including transfer credits).
  3. Two letters of professional or academic recommendation (with at least one academic reference for applicants who received their bachelor's degree within the past five years). More details will be provided when you begin the application.

Submit Your Transcripts and Test Scores

We require official college/university transcripts from all institutions attended (including transfer credits). If you have international transcripts, please review the International Student section for additional requirements.

We accept both electronic and mailed transcripts. Regardless of format, you must submit these documents directly to our office from your institution. If your institution can securely email its transcripts, they can be emailed to [email protected] or submitted through a service such as Parchment, eSCRIP-SAFE, or National Student Clearinghouse. Please specify that the service should send the transcripts to “Simmons University School of Management.”If the documents must be mailed, please address them to the School of Management Admission Office at the following address:
