Celebrating Nursing Excellence Alumnae/i Event

The Simmons University School of Nursing, in partnership with the Office of Advancement and Alumnae/i Relations, is excited to host a special celebration on Saturday, May 9 in honor of Nurses Week 2026.

This will be a wonderful opportunity for Nursing alumnae/i to come together as a community, to celebrate our shared history, reconnect with friends and colleagues, and look ahead to the bright future of Simmons nursing.

Guests are invited to join a tour of our new Science and Nursing Simulation Center at 1 PM, or attend the main program beginning at 2 PM.

Pinning! For those interested in being pinned onsite, we would be honored to include you. This is a meaningful opportunity to honor our alumni and to offer those who may not have had a pinning ceremony the chance to participate in this time-honored nursing tradition. All alumni are welcome.

We hope you will join us for this special celebration!

Discounted parking and a reception will be included. You won’t want to miss this momentous experience.

Program Highlights

  • Optional: Tours of the New Science and Simulation Center
  • Panel Discussion and Q&A
  • Keynote Speaker
  • Alumnae/i Pinning Ceremony
  • Networking Reception

Registration will close on Monday, April 20. We look forward to celebrating nursing excellence with you!

This event is made possible, in part, due to the generous funding provided by the Pauline Wheble Tripp Memorial Fund.
