Let’s Talk Teaching: Countering Anti-Fat Bias in The Classroom

In this Let’s Talk Teaching, CFE Instructional Designer Ben Kenzer will discuss how we can learn from the fat advocacy/anti-fat bias literature in designing our in-person and online classes. Through critically examining anti-fat bias in our course materials, we will learn to make a more inclusive, authentic, and engaging course environment. There will be plenty of time in this LTT to discuss our own experiences, perceptions, and ideas for improving our college courses!
