Your username and password are the same as your Simmons account. If your login is not working, please complete this form.

External users cannot get a Cayuse account. External investigators may be listed in your protocol however, you can save a copy of your protocol as a PDF to share with them.

Once you submit and certify your protocol your faculty advisor will be required to log into Cayuse and review and certify your protocol before it is sent to the IRB for review.

If you set up your CITI training account with an email different from your Simmons email it will not show up in Cayuse. Please be sure that your Simmons email address is the primary email address in your CITI account.

There is a "return to investigator" button you can hit to send the application back to the student. This can be found on the submission details page. You or the student can make the changes. Keep in mind, you cannot send comments to the student on what needs to be changed via Cayuse. We recommend emailing the student about the necessary changes.

You can only delete a study in Cayuse if you have not submitted an initial submission for it. If a submission has already been submitted, you will need to submit a "Withdrawal" submission. This option can be found under the "New Submission" option in your study details.
