For Non-Urgent Concerns

We are now offering Telehealth appointments for Simmons students who do not have access to care wherever they may be physically located for the duration of the semester. The purpose of these appointments is to address NON-URGENT medical concerns, including prescription refill discussions. We understand that it may be difficult for you to quickly establish care with a local healthcare provider, and we are here to assist with those challenging situations. All urgent concerns should be addressed at your local urgent care or emergency room.

To schedule a Telehealth appointment, please log on to the Simmons Health Portal at

Directions for Scheduling:

For non-urgent medical advice that cannot wait until the next available TeleHealth appointment, please contact Public Safety (617-521-1112) to reach the off-site provider-on-call. We will return your call within 2 hours.
