For Non-Urgent Concerns
We are now offering Telehealth appointments for Simmons students who do not have access to care wherever they may be physically located for the duration of the semester. The purpose of these appointments is to address NON-URGENT medical concerns, including prescription refill discussions. We understand that it may be difficult for you to quickly establish care with a local healthcare provider, and we are here to assist with those challenging situations. All urgent concerns should be addressed at your local urgent care or emergency room.
To schedule a Telehealth appointment, please log on to the Simmons Health Portal at myhealth.simmons.edu.
Directions for Scheduling:
- Click on "Appointment" in the top bar.
- Enter your symptoms in the designated box.
- Select “Telehealth Visit” under "Reason for Visit."

If you are an established patient of our dietician (Amy Cantor) or our psychiatrist (Dr. Jhilam Biswas), these providers will reach out to you directly to coordinate follow up appointments and/or medication refills.
For all other matters or questions, including administrative questions, please leave a message with your contact information on Health Services voicemail, and we will return your call within 2 business days. For non-urgent medical advice that cannot wait until the next available TeleHealth appointment, please contact Public Safety (617-521-1112) to reach the off-site provider-on-call. We will return your call within 2 hours.
