Annual Stickers for Employee ID Cards: No Longer Needed After thorough review, we have concluded that the annual stickers affixed to the back of faculty and staff ID cards are no longer needed. In recent years, these stickers have been optional for faculty and staff. As a result of advances in technology, the stickers are not needed for your ID card to be valid at any on-campus or off-campus locations and therefore it is no longer necessary to provide them. You may remove the most recent sticker from the back of your card at any time.

Please contact us at 617-521-2886 if you have questions or are aware of any reason you require a sticker for your ID card. We welcome any feedback and are available to assist as needed.
