Our campus is nestled in the Fenway neighborhood — a vibrant area alive with music, fine arts, action and activism, and, of course, the baseball fans at legendary Fenway Park. Nearby, you’ll find numerous colleges, cafes, and museums, such as the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum and Museum of Fine Arts.
You'll also be within close distance to major medical institutions and research facilities in the Longwood Medical Area, including:
- Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center
- Boston Children's Hospital
- Brigham and Women's Hospital
- Dana-Farber Cancer Institute
- Joslin Diabetes Center
- New England Baptist Hospital
- Massachusetts Mental Health Center
The campus is also walking distance to the T — Boston's public transit system — which connects you to the entire metropolitan area. You're a short ride to popular attractions, including the Boston Common, Symphony Hall, Faneuil Hall, Beacon Hill, and TD Garden.
Living and Learning Center to Open in 2027
We’re excited to announce the upcoming opening of the Living and Learning Center (LLC), slated for completion in January 2027.
The LLC will enhance the Simmons experience by integrating residential, dining, wellness, and community spaces into one vibrant hub. Designed by the renowned architecture and design firm Elkus Manfredi Architects, the Living and Learning Center will feature modern amenities and breathtaking, 360-degree views of the Boston skyline. Rooms will be bright, light-filled, climate-controlled, ADA-compliant, and equipped with sustainable lighting and flexible furnishings.
