Simmons MS + Massachusetts General Hospital Dietetic Internship
Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) is a world-renowned academic medical center in Boston, known for its cutting-edge research, exceptional patient care, and affiliation with Harvard Medical School. MGH offers a 10-month full-time dietetic internship that prepares interns with a strong dietetics core. The MGH Dietetic Internship Program provides rotations in ambulatory care, acute clinical care, food service, community nutrition, and business entrepreneurship.
Students in the Simmons MS + MGH DI partnership complete requirements for the MS program and the DI program over a two year period. Students complete the MS program fulltime, on campus or fully online, during the first year and complete the MGH DI rotations fulltime in Boston during the second year. The MS program must be completed, or mostly completed, before the DI program begins.
