Simmons Alumnae/i Referral Program For Graduate Students
We all have a relative, friend, acquaintance, or colleague who we know would benefit from a graduate degree at Simmons. We want to help make that a reality by offering a $500 referral scholarship for any enrolling student who is nominated by a Simmons alum!

Regina Marshall '98 has spent her career advocating for people with disabilities, shaping public policy, and expanding access to care. Now, as Chief Executive Officer of Advocates, Inc., one of Massachusetts' largest providers of behavioral health and human services, she's leading an organization whose mission reflects the work she's devoted her life to.

From Simmons MSW Student to Psychotherapist
Grace Lincoln ’25MSW is a psychotherapist at Collaborative Insight Counseling Associates (CICA), a mental health group practice in Boston. She works with both adolescents and adults who are seeking support for anxiety, depression, ADHD, and life transitions.

The Community Benefit of a ‘Third Space’
In addition to their full-time careers in the corporate world, Simmons School of Management graduates Kayla (Humel) Gates ’18 and Steph DeFina ’17 launched Ludlow Coffee Co., a coffee shop that offers community events, partnerships with other independent businesses, and fundraisers for local nonprofits.
Researching Ireland’s Cross-Border Mobile Library Service
While at Simmons, Danielle Dempsey ’24MS began an international librarianship research project on libraries in Ireland. Dempsey shared with us the experience of visiting Ireland and speaking to locals about the area’s fraught history.
