Athletics and Fitness
Stay active and feel your best
You do your best when you feel your best. At Simmons, we make it easy to stay energized and focused with access to our health and recreation programs.
We offer options for the entire Simmons community. You can participate in yoga classes, or try cardio and weightlifting sessions through our “Intro to” classes. Also, you have access to all of our fitness facilities. You can do some personal training, take a ride on a Peloton bike, run on our indoor track, or swim laps in our Olympic-sized pool.
Recreation and wellness activities are based at the Holmes Sports Center on the Residence Campus and the Jennifer Eckert Center for Leadership and Engagement on the Academic Campus, which also hosts the Wellness Ambassador program.

• A spacious fitness center with cardio and strength equipment, including treadmills, bikes, ellipticals, and free weights
• A dedicated spinning studio for group cycling classes
