No matter where your college journey began, the Simmons community will welcome you in and help you shape the right undergrad experience for you. We value the hard work you’ve already done — we accept up to 96 transfer credits and offer credit for life experience. We also offer both on-campus and online learning options.

  • Follow Your Passions - You can choose from 60+ majors and 100+ minors to dive deep into an area of focus, explore new subjects, and combine academic areas in unconventional ways.
  • Learn from Experts - We have an 9:1 student to faculty ratio, which means you can develop close connections with faculty who are leaders in their fields and mentors in the classroom.
  • Start Your Life's Work - Build the skills and confidence you need to succeed in the career of your dreams — 100% of Simmons students complete internships, clinicals, fieldwork, or research projects.

Online Programs

As a transfer student, you can also complete your degree online from anywhere in the U.S through a CompleteDegree@Simmons bachelor’s program. We currently offer 9 online majors in areas like business, social work, public health, computer science, communications, and more — all with the same rigorous curriculum and expert faculty as our on-campus programs.

Financial Aid

We are dedicated to making the Simmons experience accessible for our students and offer a variety of financial aid options to help. Our Student Financial Service Counselors are assigned to students and families from day one and will be here for you throughout your education.

Scholarships

You will automatically be considered for merit-based scholarships when you apply to transfer to Simmons— and most do not require a separate application.
