Internal Emails and Newsletters
At Simmons, we believe clear and open communication between students, faculty, and staff is an integral part of creating an inclusive and cohesive community. The team in the Office of University Marketing and Communications manages the community newsletter The Brief and can also help you in formatting and sending newsletters or large emailings to audiences specific to your area.
To support our internal communications, we utilize Staffbase for the creation and distribution of branded emails and newsletters. These communications are largely distributed via our listservs.
Listservs are global mailing lists used by our university to communicate to specific groups of people. These lists are compiled automatically using the information available in Workday. Learn more about Simmons Global Mailing Lists
