We create pathways for all students to authentically engage in global experiences, through the development of diverse opportunities and personalized student advising, in both education abroad and international student services.

  • Provide inclusive, equitable and transformational global experiences for all Simmons students
  • Strengthen institutional globalization efforts by expanding international partnerships and supporting curriculum internationalization across the University
  • Ensure institutional immigration compliance, while providing appropriate immigration guidance to international students and campus partners
  • Foster international student success through integrative support, programming and advocacy inside and outside of the University.

International Student Services

As an international student at Simmons, you're joining a dynamic community of people from over 34 countries. The Center for Global Education (CGE) supports F-1 international students on questions of immigration and compliance, and serves all international students in questions of adjustment to U.S. academic and social environment. We understand that coming to live in a new country or even a new state can be challenging! CGE staff is always available to advise students on whatever questions or concerns they may have about coming to the U.S, Boston or Simmons!
