From infectious diseases to malnutrition, our modern world faces a myriad of complex challenges — you can be part of the solution.

Students working in a food lab

Our students evaluate the national and international politics influencing nutrition and health policies

You'll investigate current issues — from biotechnology to genetically modified foods — and cultivate conceptual foundations for analyzing the interplay between science, society and health. Our students complete the accelerated BS/MS program in five years, receiving a bachelor's degree in nutrition and a master's degree in nutrition.

Graduates find success as researchers, community health workers, health program managers, personal trainers, public health planners and more.
