Nutrition Alumna’s New Bakery Featured in The Boston Globe

Janet Lu ’22MS, who studied nutrition at Simmons, recently opened Fuful Bakery in Boston’s financial district. According to The Boston Globe, “Lu’s dream was to make French pastries and desserts with Asian-inspired flavors. The word Fuful is invented, she says, a play on the words ‘fulfill’ and ‘full of,’ based on her pastries filled with quality ingredients and creative flavors.”
