The Provost’s Office and the Center for Faculty Excellence invite new Simmons adjunct faculty to a virtual orientation focused on adjunct teaching at Simmons. The session will be run live but recorded and shared afterward for interested parties. The orientation will be held Friday, August 28th from 11:00am-12:30pm. You may access the orientation via Zoom.
In this session, we will review topics like a checklist for getting launched, accessing the Learning Management System(s), professional development opportunities open to adjunct faculty, official Simmons policies that are important to know, and more. The session should last about 90 minutes and the last 10-15 will be reserved for your questions.
