Peer Career Assistants (PCAs)
Peer Career Assistants (PCAs) are current Simmons students who assist the undergraduate population with guidance on career topics such as resume & cover letter review and professional headshots. While you may see PCAs in the Center for Student Success office, they also continuously assist with department & employer on-campus tablings and with Simmons’ annual Career Fair. PCAs offer that peer-to-peer connection with the knowledge and skills from the career coaches, providing support to the Simmons community!
