International Applicants
You are welcome here
Simmons offers an exciting university experience in Boston and prepares you for lifelong career success. If you're an international student, you'll find clear guidance for undergraduate and graduate international applicants throughout the admission process.
Simmons is a private, nonprofit university with women-centered undergraduate and co-educational graduate programs. Our community values social justice, advancing women and gender equity, and building careers that strengthen communities.
International undergraduates can apply to our women-centered program. Applicants assigned female at birth, who identify as women, or do not fit the gender binary but feel they belong in our community, are welcome to apply. See our admission policies for details.
First-year international undergraduates are automatically considered for merit scholarships, which do not cover full costs. Need-based aid is not available.
International graduate applicants who require an F-1 visa can apply to most programs; this does not apply to online programs.
Graduate tuition varies by program, offering students a range of options. While international graduate students are not eligible for need-based grants or US federal loans, some merit scholarships are available to help offset tuition costs.
Please note that Simmons does not provide full-tuition scholarships for graduate programs, except for a select number of PhD awards.
