Orientation Leaders

A group of 2025 orientation leaders

Orientation Leaders (OLs) are Simmons students who assist with all aspects of Undergraduate Orientation. The primary goal of Orientation Leaders is to provide incoming students with a positive first experience of Simmons. They connect with their Orientation Groups during First Bite Orientation, keep in touch with them via email and Facebook during the Summer, then work with this same group when they arrive in the Fall. OLs facilitate group discussions and team builders, and serve as role models for new students. In addition, Orientation Leaders provide logistical support to the Orientation program, helping to set-up events, run panels, and answer general questions.
