About the Speakers

Roxann Mascoll

Roxann Mascoll MS, MSW, LICSW, is a staff psychotherapist at Harvard University Behavioral Health Services and the Brandeis University Counseling Center. She is the Lead Clinician for The Triggered Project, and a co-host of the Living a Triggered Life Podcast with her husband, Keith. Roxann worked in the child protection state system for 14 years as a domestic violence specialist, and 6 years as a Lead Medical Social Worker at Boston Medical Center. Roxann has her own private practice under the Triggered Project umbrella offering therapy, consultative, and facilitator services in Triggered Project Therapy.

Roxann is the Vice-President of the School of Social Work Alumni Board at Simmons University. She was the former President of the Simmons University Association of Black Social Workers (ABSW) Chapter and the Greater Boston Chapter of the ABSW. She is currently on the Executive Board of the new MetroWest Massachusetts ABSW Chapter. Learn more about Roxann at www.roxannmascoll.com

Keith Mascoll

Keith Mascoll, SAG-AFTRA, AED, MSEd candidate, E.L.O.E, Arts and Learning Concentration at Harvard University, 2024 is an Actor, Producer, Mental Health Advocate, Sneaker-head, and Founder of the Triggered Project. Keith is a co-host/Producer of the Living a Triggered Life Podcast with his wife, Roxann, a Luminary for the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum. He is the 2023 Black Mental Wellness Advocate of the Year (2023), the 2021 Cambridge Community Foundation Social Innovation Award winner, and NASW MA Chapter’s Citizen of the Year (2021).

Keith is the co-founder of a professional Black theater company, The Front Porch Arts Collective. He has a NYC Critics Choice award and Best Actor Award for Triggered Life from the Las Vegas Black Film Festival.
