Can I stay beyond the last official day of Summer Housing?

If you are contracted for the Fall 2026 semester and are willing to pay the $336 rate for the additional days you do not need to move out on August 22. You cannot participate in this option if you do not have a Fall 2026 assignment with us.

If you are ending your All Summer term or Summer II term on August 22 and choose not to stay on campus, you will have to move all of your belongings off campus completely and then move back in when your 2026-2027 Housing Contract starts.

Spring Assignment to Summer Assignment Move Over

If you are contracted for the Spring 2026 semester and will be starting your Summer Housing Contract with us on May 10, you will move over your Summer Assignment starting Wednesday, May 20, 2026, and will need to be fully moved out of your previous assignment by end of day Thursday, May 21, 2026.

Summer Assignment to Fall Assignment Move Over

If you elect to stay after your Summer commitments conclude, and you are also contracted for the 2026-2027 Academic year, you will move to their Fall assignment from Friday, August 14. We are providing this date ahead of time so you can make arrangements to be available to move on that singular day. Please reschedule other obligations.
