Kerri Brophy

Vice President, Chief Marketing, Enrollment, and Communications Officer

Kerri Brophy, Chief Enrollment, Marketing and Communications Officer at Simmons University, is an innovative and experienced higher education leader with over 20 years of experience leading high performing strategy, enrollment and marketing teams.  Brophy brings a creative and collaborative approach to problem solving and is skilled at building relationships and working across differences.  During her time at Simmons, she has successfully led teams to achieve strong results during periods of significant change and disruption.

Before joining Simmons, Brophy was a member of the Monster MEDALs program, a leadership development program aimed at building a pipeline of senior leaders.  She also has experience working in a variety of roles with startup organizations across a range of industries.  Kerri earned her MBA from Simmons School of Management where she received the Beekhuis Award for Academic Achievement and the Jane Trahey Award for Excellence in Marketing.  She also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, where she majored in Marketing, and is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society.

As Provost, Dr. Cosner will lead the vision and strategy for the full range of Simmons’ academic offerings, including the institution’s diverse mix of undergraduate, graduate, campus-based, and online programs. Dr. Russell Pinizzotto will serve as Chief Operating Officer and Kerri Brophy will be Vice President, Chief Marketing, Enrollment, and Communications Officer.
