Campus Card
The Simmons Campus Card is the official Simmons University ID. You are required to have an ID issued by Simmons.
A Simmons Campus Card Gives You...
Building Access
Administrative and academic buildings and offices require a valid Simmons Campus Card for access at certain hours. A valid Simmons Campus Card is also required to enter all campus residence halls.

Parking Access (Permits and Parking Cash)
You will need your Simmons Campus Card for parking in the Simmons parking garage on the Main Campus. You will have to create a parking account first and buy the parking product that best fits your needs before you start to use your Simmons Campus Card to enter and exit the garage.
Please make sure you meet the eligibility criteria for the parking product you want to purchase before placing an order. Please visit the Simmons Parking website for more information.
Sports Center Privileges
You will need your Simmons Campus Card to access the Holmes Sports Center. Upon entering the Sports Center all students and members must present a valid Simmons Campus Card to access the facilities.
Library Privileges
You will need your Simmons Campus Card to borrow material from the Library or to obtain Museum passes.
Lab and Library Print Stations
If you are a Simmons Student, you get $50 worth of Free Printing Allowance per semester that you can use to print via Campus Print at any of the copiers on campus.
Meal Plan Participation
If you are a student participating in a meal plan, you will need to use your Simmons Campus Card for your meals and dining points.
Fenway Cash (Pre-paid Spending Account)
Fenway Cash is a prepaid spending account on your Simmons Campus Card offering a safe and convenient way to make purchases at the places you need and want to go.
In addition to using Fenway Cash at your own college, you can use it for purchases at the other five Colleges of the Fenway, making your visits to these institutions easier and more convenient. Plus, Fenway Cash is welcomed at many popular businesses in the neighborhood.

Get Your Campus Card
Visit the Campus Card Office, located at the Student Services Area (MCB A-200A) to obtain your Simmons ID card, known as a Fenway Card.
Fenway Cash
The pre-paid spending account, named Fenway Cash, offers a safe and convenient method of using your ID for cashless payments at on-campus and select off-campus locations.
Lost or Stolen Cards
If your card is lost, stolen, misplaced or if you suspect someone is using your card without authorization, you should immediately deactivate your account.
Send Us Your ID Photo
If you want to fast track the experience and have your Simmons ID ready when you come to campus, send us your photo for your ID card and a copy of your government-issued ID.
