Residence Halls

Simmons' nine residence halls, Bartol Dining Hall, the Holmes Sports Center and the campus health center are all located on the Simmons Residence Campus a short walk from the main campus. Curious what life is like living on our residence campus? Check out our Dorm Hunters video series!

Our residence halls are designed to make you feel right at home

Below you will find a list of each hall's features along with a sample floor plan. For security reasons, we don't make our floor plans public. To view sample floor plans of the residence halls, login with your Simmons ID to our floor plan page. You can also check out our campus map. If you have any questions about the halls, don't hesitate to contact us.

Any student requiring a special housing accommodation of any type should send the request and documentation to Simmons University Accessibility Services. The deadline for incoming students to do so for the 2020-2021 academic year is May 15, 2020.

Please note: all first-year students are required to live on campus. If you would like to apply for an exemption from the housing requirement, please submit a Housing Exemption Request form.
