Children's Literature Scholarships

Annually, Simmons awards a variety of merit-based scholarships including three Director's Scholarships to Children's Literature students. All degree applicants are automatically considered for merit-based scholarships.

Awards are based on a holistic review by the Admission Committee of the "merit" or strength of an application in comparison to all other completed and eligible applications for that same semester. 

Requirements and Eligibility

• Recipients may be required to take a certain number of credits 
• Recipients must maintain a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.0 during the semester(s) for which the scholarships are awarded
