Loretta Park

Assistant Teaching Professor of Art and Director of the Trustman Art Gallery

Loretta Park is an artist and educator and holds an MFA from Massachusetts College of Art and Design (MassArt) and a BA from Bowdoin College. She creates playful mixed media work that questions accessibility and hierarchies. Her practice embraces uninhibited play, like a child inventing their own tools, magical gadgets, and make-believe worlds.

Her work has been exhibited in Boston and beyond, including Boston University Art Galleries, Montserrat College of Art, The MassArt Art Museum, Brandeis Kniznick Gallery, Praise Shadows Art Gallery, Dimensions Variable (DV), and the Center for Maine Contemporary Art. Reviews of exhibitions including Loretta have appeared in Boston Art Review (BAR), Artscope, Art New England, The Boston Globe, and Korean Daily.
