Haddad is a passionate advocate of education for families and has presented hundreds of probono informational workshops, participated in panels and podcasts, and is quoted extensively in the media in industry publications. She is absolutely committed to empowering families with knowledge and resources to make informed decisions. 

Haddad lives with her husband and (in the summers) her two college-age children. She is actively involved in her church and local community and serves as an advocate for her older brother, Ron, who has disabilities. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, spending time outdoors, traveling, the arts, and having fun with her family.
