Chaluza Kapaale

Teaching Professor and School of Nursing Chair

Dr. Chaluza C. Kapaale is the School of Nursing Chair and a Teaching Professor in the School of Nursing at Simmons University in Boston. He has been an educator in nursing since 2012 and engaged in nursing academic leadership since 2015. In addition to nursing education, Dr. Kapaale has experience in perioperative nursing and as a surgical technologist. His research interests include measurement, evaluation, outcomes, and quality improvement in nursing education. Dr. Kapaale is also interested in nursing workforce issues as an area of research. Dr. Chaluza C. Kapaale is driven in his work by a passion for helping others become what they aspire to be.
