Chaluza Kapaale

Teaching Professor and School of Nursing Chair

Dr. Chaluza Kapaale has been an educator in nursing since 2012 and engaged in nursing academic leadership since 2015. In addition to nursing education, Dr. Kapaale has experience in perioperative nursing and as a surgical technologist. His research interests include measurement, evaluation, outcomes, and quality improvement in nursing education. He also is interested in nursing workforce issues as an area of research. Dr. Kapaale is driven in his work by a passion for helping others become what they aspire to be.
