Award Named in Honor of former Professor Randi Lite

Professor Randi Lite while giving her 2020 Commencement address.

The Clinical Exercise Physiology Association (CEPA) Annual Conference Committee has established the Randi Lite Lifetime Achievement Award. Named for former Biology Professor of Practice and Director of Exercise Science Randi Lite, who was a founder and first president of CEPA.

As stated on the CEPA website, “[Lite] has been a champion and relentless advocate for clinical exercise physiologists; providing strong leadership with grace and poise. This award recipient in the future will be an individual who has significantly impacted the field of clinical exercise physiology, and has the inspiring attributes that Randi has brought to the profession and CEPA."
