Clinical Internship Award

The Haley Cremer Foundation and Simmons University announced the launch of the Haley Cremer Memorial Awards in February 2016. The Haley Cremer Memorial Awards grant financial assistance to Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) students in two categories: Clinical Internship Awards and Professional Conference and Presentation Awards.

The Haley Cremer Memorial Clinical Internship Award provides support for travel, lodging and living expenses for physical therapy students assigned a clinical placement out of region. These awards are designed to help students achieve their clinical goals. Learning experiences during clinicals come in a variety of forms and it should be the priority of the student to maximize these opportunities. Funding will be provided after clinical placements have been made by the Directors of Clinical Education. Award amounts will reflect need and merit.

DPT students nominated by their peers or faculty will be invited to submit an application.
