NASW-MA Honors Prof. Hugo Kamya for "Greatest Contribution to Social Work Education"

The National Association of Social Workers, Massachussetts Chapter (NASW-MA) has announced that it will honor Simmons Professor Hugo Kamya, PhD, LICSW the "Greatest Contribution to Social Work Education" award.

Dr. Kamya will be honored at the NASW-MA's 42nd Annual Chapter Awards Luncheon at the Sheraton Framingham Hotel & Conference Center on Friday, Arpil 4th at 12pm.

This marks the second time in a row that a Simmons College School of Social Work faculty member has received this honor. Dr. Johnnie Hamilton-Mason was awarded the "Greatest Contribution to Social Work Education" at last year's ceremony.

The Simmons School of Social Work congratulates Dr. Kamya and Dr. Hamilton-Mason for this extraordinary achievement.
