Mel Robbins

We had the opportunity to ask Mel Robbins a few questions. Don't miss her session at the Simmons Leadership Conference!

An expert on strategic thinking, leadership, and motivation, Mel Robbins is a regular CNN and FOX News commentator and legal analyst. She is also an award-winning syndicated talk radio host and the founder of Inspire52.com, a content hub providing news and entertainment for women.

How do you think women can support other women on their path to success?

Cheer each other on and recommend one another for opportunities. Women don’t need more mentors with advice. We need advocates who are ahead of us to listen for, recommend, and push us into opportunities to grow. If you are in a position to cheer on and advocate for your female colleagues – do it.

If you could dine with anyone, past or present, with whom would you dine and what would you like to ask him or her?

The Dalai Lama. I have a lot of questions – but mostly, I just want to listen to everything he feels like saying.

Fill in the blank: People would be surprised to know that ______

I have suffered from debilitating panic attacks.
