The Office of Advancement consists of several departments that work together to support the College's mission, financial health, and relationships with alumnae/i from the undergraduate college and graduate schools. The Office of the Vice President for Advancement oversees all alumnae/i outreach efforts conducted by the development and alumnae/i relations departments.

The Office of Alumnae/i Relations is responsible for developing, advising, and coordinating alumnae/i activities and policies, and for coordinating activities of the Alumnae Association and the alumni associations of the graduate schools and programs. By encouraging gifts from alumnae/i, parents, corporations, foundations, and friends, the Office of Development helps to ensure a strong financial position for the College and helps provide much-needed financial resources to faculty and students.
