The Graduate Online Certificate in Sports Nutrition (CSN) enables health and wellness experts to expand their area of practice.

You'll combine nutrition with exercise knowledge and build competence in personal training and fitness with this credentialing program. Our flexible online program may be completed in one to two years — allowing you to plan your courses around your schedule.

Our students come from a variety of backgrounds — such as nutrition, exercise physiology, kinesiology, athletic training, sports medicine, biology, physical therapy and nursing — you'll be prepared for the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) Health/Fitness Instructors Exam, graduate school and career opportunities.

Sports Nutrition Certificate Required Courses

All courses must be completed at Simmons University. All courses are offered online. The Certificate in Sports Nutrition is awarded to students who have satisfactorily completed the program, earning a B (3.0) or better in each course.

This program is designed to be completed in two to four semesters.
