About Me
Lisa Estabrook, who joined SLIS in 2015, teaches both the School Library Teacher Pre-practicum Field Experience Course and Curriculum and Instructional Strategies for the School Library Teacher. Estabrook has two Masters in Education; one in Curriculum Development and the other in education. She holds both teaching certification and library media certification, grades K-12. Before coming to Simmons, Estabrook was the Library Director and Curriculum Advisor for Bishop Fenwick High School for seven years. In addition to 11 years as a school librarian, she also has experience as a public librarian.
