Moving Forward with Health Reform - Where?

Hosted by the School of Business and the Center for Research in Health Policy and Management

At the national level, the debate over health reform - "Obamacare" - has been contentious and partisan, in ways that have generally made it impossible to understand the real issues underlying what's at stake.

In April 2014, Simmons School of Business and the Center for Research in Health Policy and Management hosted a productive debate between a notable architect of health reform - John McDonough of Harvard University -  and a distinguished critic of the reform - Joseph Antos of the American Enterprise Institute. These distinguished speakers presented sharply opposing views of what is at stake and why you should care about health reform. They then answered questions from the audience. Whether one supports or opposes the reforms, this was an important discussion to hear.
