To get started on your Simmons GSLIS application, choose the link below pertaining to the term for which you would like to enroll.
Once you have submitted your application you can check your application status. Please allow at least three business days for received documents to be reflected on your application status page.

All applicants must have attained a master's degree or equivalent in the field of library and information science (LIS), archives management, or another field relevant to digital stewardship. You should also have a background or strong interest in the information technologies relevant to LIS, preservation, archives management, records management, image preservation, museums, or other related fields.
The online application requires you to submit the following items:
- Current résumé
- Statement of Purpose: in 250-500 words, please tell us how your Master's degree and/or job experience applies to this certificate. Additionally, what technical skills do you already have that you believe this program would help you to expand upon?
- All transcripts related to your master's degree(s). (If you graduated from Simmons, please have an unofficial copy of your transcript emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or you may request a transcript from the Registrar's Office. If you completed coursework at an institution other than Simmons, you will need to send an official copy of your transcript(s).)
After your application and supporting documents are received, your file will be sent to the Program Director for review. You will be emailed your admission decision.
