There are several options for pursuing your education beyond the traditional programs offered at Simmons. Each of our prestigious schools offers continuing coursework to further your career, your network, and your mind.

Undergraduate College

The Simmons Undergraduate College offers courses for non-degree seekers, including students looking for study in the dynamic Boston area for the summer, extra credits, to fulfill prerequisites, or just to explore new interests. With courses ranging from the arts to the sciences, with everything in between, non-degree study at Simmons can help you get ahead or enrich your mind.


College of Arts and Sciences Graduate Studies

Simmons's Graduate College of Arts and Sciences provides a non-degree option for students interested enrolling in a graduate program or just advancing their educational experience. This non-degree program allows students to take a course or two before formally applying to a degree program.


Graduate School of Library and Information Science

The Graduate School of Library and Information Science continuing education courses can help you update your skills and advance your career. Our programs are open both to practicing librarians/information professionals and current GSLIS students who wish to earn professional credits while they update skills and knowledge.


School of Nursing and Health Sciences

The School of Nursing and Health Sciences offers Executive Education and certificate programs to help clinicians and administrators working in health care settings to improve their skills and take their careers to the next level.


School of Management

A respected authority on women and leadership, the Simmons School of Management offers a variety of executive education programs for both professionals and organizations. Past participants credit their Simmons Executive Education experience with accelerated promotions, expanded leadership roles, and increased career opportunities.


School of Social Work

The Professional Education program at the School of Social Work offers mental health professionals an opportunity to stay ahead in their careers by acquiring new knowledge, refining their skills, reinforcing strong, ethical professional attitudes, and committing to a culture of lifelong professional development.
