    Simmons has been named to the President's Higher Education Community Service Honor Roll for the fourth consecutive year, and is the only college in the state to have received the "Honor Roll With Distinction" designation three times since the honor roll began in 2006.

    Simmons's strong business programs at the undergraduate and graduate levels earned much recognition last year, including the title #1 MBA program for women by the Princeton Review (2009) and ranked as one of the 25 best entrepreneurship programs in the nation by Entrepreneur magazine and the Princeton Review (2010).
  • Dedication to a Greener Way
    The Princeton Review included Simmons in its 2010 Guide to 286 Green Colleges, the first guidebook of its kind, done in partnership with the U.S. Breen Building Council. Simmons' Green Rating was 90, earning it one of the highest marks in the Boston area.
  • Communications Department Wins Gold Medal
    CommTracks magazine, produced by students in the Communication Department's Studio5, has been named a gold medalist by the Graduate School of Journalism at Columbia University. The magazine also earned additional All-Columbian Honors for special merit in its content and design.
