Sociology of HIV/AIDS

In this course we examine the global and domestic experiences of the HIV/AIDS pandemic from biomedical, behavioral and structural perspectives.  We will examine the history of HIV/AIDS, theories of the origin of AIDS and the treatments available to those living with HIV.
