Politics & Society in Latin Am
Studies the political, artistic, and intellectual history of the Spanish-speaking nations of the Western Hemisphere, in particular Mexico, Peru, and Argentina. Topics include the conquests of Mexico and Peru, Bolívar and the fight for independence, the Mexican Revolution, the Cuban Revolution and the dictatorships of the 70s and 80s.
