Cross Cultural Management

4 sem. hrs. Prereq.: Senior standing, MGMT 325, and MGMT 340. Capstone course for majors in business and management. Others by consent of instructor. The ability to interact effectively across cultures is a fundamental job requirement and critical leadership competence. Explores the implications of culture on managerial and leadership approaches, business practices, communication and interpersonal relations, organizational and individual performances, as well as on human resource management dimensions, in both international and domestic settings. Requires group project and presentation. Moore, Staff.
