The Fens was transformed at the last event of the summer. Each chef was asked to create a specific dish which was then reviewed by a panel of 3 culinary experts on taste, creativity, and presentation *2:30-3:15- Chefs busily prepare their dish with love and support from the audience 3:15-3:30- Plating, maybe nervously, of dish for judges scrutiny 3:30-3:45- Judges make final decision and award the PRIZE!!! Crowd goes wild*
