Social & Psych Dev Blacks Amer
4 sem. hrs. Focuses on current theory and research pertaining to the psychological development of black children, adolescents, and adults. Topics include educational achievement, sex role differences, and the development of gender and ethnic identities. Also examines traditional African American institutions, particularly family and the church.
