Calendaring

Meeting Maker is the Simmons standard electronic calendar.

This tool has the ability to keep track of your appointments, share your calendar with others, and set up meetings with Simmons faculty and staff. It can be accessed through any computer with Internet access, and it can be synchronized with calendars on many handheld PDAs and SmartPhones. All Simmons faculty and staff automatically have Meeting Maker accounts.

To access Meeting Maker, use the Meeting Maker software already installed on your computer. Your username and passwords are the same as for email.

Alternatively, you can access Meeting Maker through a web browser.
