Foundations of Exer & Health
4 sem. hrs. Prereq.: BIOL 113. Class and lab introduce the student to the foundations of exercise that enhance health and prevent disease. Students learn to evaluate epidemiologic literature, studying factors that link lack of physical activity with the major chronic diseases of the present time.
