Student Financial Services

Overview

Student Financial Services at Simmons College is here to guide you as you manage your student account and finance your education. You and your family have the primary responsibility for these functions, and we are here to provide clarification, options, and support. Every student should pay close attention to the many critical procedures, dates and deadlines that affect his/her student account.

Financial aid eligibility is determined by evaluating your ability to contribute to educational expenses. If you qualify for aid, Simmons College and/or the federal government may award funds to supplement your ability to pay. Although most of the financial aid available directly from Simmons is need-based, there are several programs that provide scholarships based on academic achievement or co-curricular/community involvement. In addition to institutional programs, Simmons also administers federal and state financial assistance programs. These programs can be in the form of grants, low-interest loans, and/or work opportunities for students who meet established eligibility criteria.

We know that managing your account and financing your education can sometimes be complicated and overwhelming. That's why we're here to help. To contact someone in our office, click here for our directory and contact details.
